• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Certain products (e.g., intimate apparel, clearance items) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
